La Santa Cecilia's fantastically eclectic performances feature sentimental Spanish ballads, pulsing instrumental boleros, heartfelt songs about immigration, and more. Named after the patron saint of music, La Santa Cecilia describes its music as guisado, or “stew”—a delectable blend spiced by a dizzying array of influences including The Beatles and Nirvana, with dashes of classic Latin and traditional music.
